Mrs. "B" spent 5 years as an Aviation Electrician in the United States Marine Corps. After her honorable discharge in 2002, she worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Kinesiology Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Competitive Bodybuilder until 2020. After graduating with her Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a concentration in Rehabilitation Sciences, Mrs. B began working at Ashland High School as the Exercise Science Program Teacher where she blends classroom knowledge with industry experience to provide her students with the resources they need for success.
